Who we are
Hampshire Web Designs is run by Ellis Urwin, Tom Burton and George Bennett, based in Portsmouth. If you have any questions about your information, email contact@hampshirewebdesigns.com or call 07834 826572.
What we collect
This website doesn't have forms, accounts or tracking. We only get your details when you contact us by phone or email. That's usually your name, phone number, email address, your business name and details about the website you want.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to you, give you a quote, build and look after your website, and send invoices. We don't sell or share your details with anyone for marketing.
Who else handles it
Our email is provided by a third-party email service, and this website is hosted by a web hosting company. They only store information so these services can work. This website also loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google when you visit.
Cookies
We don't use cookies or analytics. If you switch between light and dark mode, your choice is saved in your own browser so the site remembers it. It isn't sent to us.
How long we keep it
We keep your details for as long as we're working together, and for as long as we need to for accounts and tax records. If you never become a customer, we'll delete your details when they're no longer needed.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law, you can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. Just email us. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
